We use the Swedish post office for all our shipments. Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2-3 days and international shipping 3-10 days, depending on where in the world you live. The cost of shipping is the same no matter how many items you order.

International - 40 SEK (~ €4.80 / $6.20)
Free shipping world wide on orders above 600 SEK (~€67 / $86)

You always have 14 days to return your product from the day of delivery.
Since it´s underwear we can´t accept returned products if they have been used. Please send us a mail through the contact form if you are returning an item. We don’t reimburse return shipping costs.

We offer several methods of payment.
With Payson you can pay with Visa and MasterCard. Payson only accepts credit cards that have been issued in Europe. If you live in Sweden you can also pay with invoice or bank payment.
With Paypal you can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or though your Paypal account.

I´ve placed an order but did not recieve a reciept, should I have?
If you have payed with PayPal you will receive both a confirmation of payment from PayPal as well as a mail from us. If you payed with Payson you will only receive a confirmation mail from Payson. We are working to fix this but it's a problem from Payson's side that's preventing the confirmation mail to be sent out. But rest assure we know you have placed your order and it will be shipped out immediately.
What are the sizes ike?
We like a snug fit but if you are a bit claustrofobic you might want to consier stepping up a size.
Are your products eco friendly?
All cotton is certified organic cotton, all dyeing is made using eco friendly processes and we don't use any bleach. Some details in our garments are not 100% eco friendly but we are constantly working to perfect our products.
There's a magnet in the box, what were you thinking, that's not eco friendly?
We know, but it just feels so damn good to open that magnetic lid.
