Gässling started early 2011 with the ambition to create great eco friendly underwear for style conscious men. The overcrowded underwear market has been stuck targeting teenagers for way too long, which triggered the urge to create underwear of excellent quality, not compromising on comfort and fit, but still raising the bar when it comes to design and sustainability.
Since we are not a fashion brand in the classic sense we don’t release a new range each season. New products and improvements to existing ones will come when they are needed and when we are ready.
Materials
Our garments are made from high quality certified organic cotton from India. The fabrics are 95% cotton with 5% elastane. We have chosen to use some elastane because this makes for a better fit and the garment will have a longer lifespan. We don’t use any bleach so if you buy one of our white garments they have a natural off-white color. The dying process is also eco friendly.
Production
Our garments are made in Estonia and the fabric is organic cotton from India. We control all steps of the production down to the smallest button. We do this so we can take responsibility and be proud of the final product.
Environment
Our fabrics are certified organic cotton and almost all other components are Oeco tex certified.
